| Techniques de mesure de la qualité vidéo perceptuelle pour la télévision numérique par câble en présence d'une référence réduite |
La Recommandation UIT-T J.249 fournit des lignes directrices relatives au choix de méthodes appropriées de mesure objective de la qualité vidéo perceptuelle en présence d'un signal de référence réduit. Les applications qui peuvent utiliser cette Recommandation sont par exemple les suivantes:
1) Flux de signaux télévisuels entrelacés sur les réseaux câblés, y compris ceux transmis sur l'Internet au moyen du protocole Internet.
2) Certaines formes de données utiles vidéo de TVIP (télévision utilisant le protocole Internet).
3) Surveillance de la qualité vidéo au niveau du récepteur lorsque des canaux latéraux sont disponibles.
4) Surveillance de la qualité vidéo au niveau des noeuds de mesure situés entre le point de transmission et le point de réception. |
