| Convergence fixe, mobile et satellite – Exigences applicables à la prise en charge de plates-formes à haute altitude pour les réseaux IMT-2020 et les réseaux ultérieurs |
Une plate-forme à haute altitude (HAP) est placée sur un objet à une altitude opérationnelle de 18 à 50 km et assure les fonctions réseau de réseau d'accès, de plan de commande, de plan d'utilisateur et de services applicatifs. Une telle plate-forme peut fournir des services de communication à des utilisateurs finals qui coopèrent dans le cadre de la convergence fixe, mobile et satellite (FMSC), c'est-à-dire la capacité de fournir des services et applications aux utilisateurs finals indépendamment des technologies d'accès fixe, mobile ou satellite utilisées. La Recommandation UIT-T Y.3212 définit les exigences relatives à la prise en charge des plates-formes HAP pour la FMSC des réseaux IMT2020 et des réseaux ultérieurs, en particulier les scénarios, les exigences et les considérations relatives à la sécurité. |
