La Recommandation UIT-T L.1031 décrit une approche en trois volets visant à atteindre la cible fixée dans le Programme Connect 2030 en matière de réduction des déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques (DEEE). Cette approche comprend des orientations pour l'élaboration d'un inventaire des DEEE, des méthodes de conception de programmes de prévention et de réduction des DEEE et les mesures d'appui nécessaires pour atteindre la cible fixée dans le Programme Connect 2030 en matière de réduction des DEEE.La présente Recommandation est destinée à être utilisée par les parties prenantes concernées (autorités nationales chargées des TIC/communications, autorités chargées de la gestion des déchets et des DEEE, Ministres de l'environnement, autorités locales et entités impliquées dans la gestion des DEEE, par exemple) afin de prendre les premières mesures pour atteindre les cibles 3.2 et 3.3 du Programme Connect 2030, à savoir porter à 30% le taux de recyclage des DEEE dans le monde et à 50% le pourcentage de pays dotés d'une législation relative aux DEEE. |
