La Recommandation UIT-T D.97 propose une approche permettant de réduire les tarifs d'itinérance excessifs, en insistant sur la nécessité d'encourager la concurrence sur le marché de l'itinérance, d'éduquer les consommateurs et d'envisager des mesures réglementaires appropriées comme le recours à un plafonnement des tarifs de l'itinérance. |
