La presente Recomendación tiene por objeto proporcionar directrices generales en lo que concierne a la normalización, planificación, desarrollo, diseño y distribución de toda clase de equipo de telecomunicaciones, soporte lógico y servicios de telecomunicación afines, para garantizar que a los mismos puedan acceder personas con diferentes niveles de discapacidad. En la Recomendación se ofrece orientación para entender el concepto de accesibilidad y las formas en que éste puede incorporarse a los productos y servicios. |
