La Recomendación UIT-T L.100 describe las características, la construcción, los métodos de prueba y los criterios de calidad de funcionamiento de los cables de fibra óptica instalados por el método de tracción para aplicaciones en conductos y túneles. Obsérvese que la Recomendación UIT-T L.10, Ed 3.0, se rebautizó como UIT-T L.100/L.10, Ed 3.0, en febrero de 2016.En primer lugar, con el fin de demostrar el rendimiento suficiente de un cable de fibra óptica, en esta Recomendación se describen las características que debe poseer un cable. A continuación, en esta Recomendación se describen los métodos para examinar si un cable posee las características requeridas. A continuación, se recomiendan criterios de rendimiento detallados para un cable.Los requisitos técnicos recomendados se detallan por referencia a la norma CEI 60794311 sobre cables de fibra óptica de exterior para aplicaciones en conductos, directamente enterradas y aéreas trincadas. En el presente documento se recomiendan cambios y adiciones a estos requisitos adaptados a las aplicaciones de cables para conductos y túneles.Las condiciones requeridas pueden diferir del entorno de instalación. Por lo tanto, se indican los casos en los que el acuerdo sobre las condiciones detalladas debe determinarse entre el cliente y el fabricante.Esta versión de la Recomendación UITT L.100 añade la prueba de continuidad eléctrica para elementos metálicos continuos. También se han actualizado el ámbito de aplicación, las referencias, las dimensiones de las fibras, el Anexo A y la bibliografía. |
