Directrices para el desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de los residuos electrónicos y la consecución de los objetivos en materia de residuos electrónicos de la Agenda Conectar 2030 |
En la Recomendación UIT-T L.1031 se describe un enfoque en tres etapas para cumplir las metas establecidas en la Agenda Conectar 2030 en materia de reducción de residuos electrónicos. Esas etapas consisten en la aplicación de directrices para el desarrollo de un inventario de residuos electrónicos, enfoques para formular programas de prevención y reducción de residuos electrónicos y la aplicación de las medidas de apoyo necesarias para cumplir las citadas metas de la Agenda Conectar 2030 en materia de residuos electrónicos.Los destinatarios de esta Recomendación son las partes interesadas competentes, entre ellas las autoridades nacionales encargadas de las comunicaciones y las TIC, los organismos de gestión de los desechos y los residuos electrónicos, los ministerios de medio ambiente, las autoridades locales y las entidades que participan en la gestión de los residuos electrónicos. En ella encontrarán un punto de partida para la consecución de la meta 3.2 de la Agenda Conectar 2030, que consiste en aumentar la tasa mundial de reciclaje de residuos electrónicos al 30 %, y la meta 3.3, que consiste en aumentar la proporción de países dotados de leyes en materia de residuos electrónicos al 50 %. |
