Computación en la nube – Visión general y requisitos funcionales para la federación de almacenes de datos

En la Recomendación UIT-T Y.3505 se presenta la federación de almacenamiento de datos y se exponen sus requisitos funcionales. La federación de almacenamiento de datos crea un único volumen virtual a partir de múltiples fuentes de datos en almacenamientos heterogéneos. En esta Recomendación se presentan la configuración de los componentes lógicos y el ecosistema de la federación de almacenamiento de datos, así como la computación en la nube basada en esta federación. Los requisitos funcionales se derivan de los casos prácticos.
