En la Recomendación UIT-T K.150 se describen los parámetros y funciones característicos de los dispositivos semiconductores que necesitan los diseñadores de equipos de telecomunicaciones para aplicar medidas de mitigación de errores blandos. En esta Recomendación se indica el tipo de información que deberían facilitar los proveedores de dispositivos semiconductores a los diseñadores de equipos de telecomunicaciones. En primer lugar, se define la información que debería facilitarse y se describe el objetivo de su recopilación. A continuación, se especifican los dispositivos semiconductores objeto de ese proceso de recopilación de información. Por último, se detalla la información que se prevé recopilar para cada dispositivo semiconductor objetivo. |
