البيانات الشرحية لمعلومات الاستشعار بالكاميرا في أجهزة إنترنت الأشياء المتنقلة المستقلة

تحدد التوصية ITU-T Y.4604 البيانات الشرحية لمعلومات الاستشعار بالكاميرا (MCSI) وتصف خصائص وميزات فرادى هذه البيانات الشرحية العاملة في أجهزة إنترنت الأشياء المتنقلة المستقلة.
وفي حالة أجهزة الاستشعار بكاميرات إنترنت الأشياء (IoT) منخفضة التكلفة ومنخفضة الاستبانة، يتعذر دعم معلومات الاستشعار بالكاميرا كاملة الميزات بسبب قدرات هذه الأجهزة المحدودة الموارد. وتقدم أجهزة الكاميرا الرقمية التقليدية ذات الأداء الكامل بيانات شرحية معقدة مثل إعدادات الكاميرا (التحفيز، والحساسية، وسرعة الغالق، وما إلى ذلك)، والوقت، ومعلومات الموقع، وطراز الكاميرا.
ولا توجد إرشادات بشأن البيانات الشرحية للاستشعار بكاميرات إنترنت الأشياء الملتزِمة والمخترَقة من جهات تصنيع مختلفة. ويسبب ذلك مشاكل تتعلق بالبيانات الشرحية القابلة للتبادل. لذلك تقتضي الضرورة تقديم البيانات الشرحية الأساسية والدنيا للاستشعار بالكاميرا لتمكين قابلية التشغيل البيني فيما بين تطبيقات إنترنت الأشياء وخدماتها.
