إطار لإنشاء نظام إدارة البنية التحتية لمدينة مستدامة

يتمثل أحد أهداف التنمية المستدامة للمدينة المستدامة في بناء أصول مدينة قادرة على الصمود وآمنة. والبناء هو أحد أصول المدينة الرئيسية ويرتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بالمدينة الدائرية والمستدامة. وعادة ما تكون معدات الطاقة ومكافحة الحرائق عناصر رئيسية للمعدات داخل البنية التحتية للمباني وقد تؤثر على سلامة الناس. وحالياً، يتم نشر وإدارة العديد من بنود معدات الطاقة ومكافحة الحرائق بشكل منفصل، ولذلك توجد فجوات بين إدارة معدات الطاقة وإدارة معدات مكافحة الحرائق. وتعرّف التوصية ITU-T L.1630 إطار نظام إدارة البنية التحتية للمباني الذي يحسن استدامة المدينة، ولا سيما المباني التي كأصل من أصول المدينة. ويوفر الإطار إدارة شاملة للبنية التحتية للمباني. كما يعرض حالات استعمال الخدمة المكونة من عناصر وظيفية.
