تقترح التوصية ITU-T D.1102 الآليات الممكنة لإنصاف العملاء وحماية المستهلكين فيما يتعلق بتقديم الخدمات المتاحة بحرية على الإنترنت (OTT) واستعمالها. ويأتي ذلك على إثر تزايد استعمال تطبيقات هذه الخدمات في المهاتفة الصوتية والمراسلة الفورية والمهاتفة الفيديوية في غياب إطار دولي يضمن حماية العملاء وإنصافهم إذا اقتضى الأمر. |
