توصف التوصية ITU-T Y.3173 إطاراً لتقييم ذكاء شبكات المستقبل بما في ذلك الاتصالات المتنقلة الدولية–2020 (IMT-2020) وتقدم طريقة لتقييم مستوى ذكاء شبكات المستقبل بما في ذلك الاتصالات IMT-2020. كما تقدم وجهة نظر معمارية من أجل تقييم مستويات ذكاء الشبكة وفقاً للإطار المعماري الموصف في التوصية ITU-T Y.3172.
