إطار لمنصة من أجل تقاسم الطاقة والإتجار بها

لزيادة كفاءة شبكة الكهرباء والحد من الهدر في شبكة الكهرباء، من المهم دعم منصة خدمة مفتوحة لديها القدرة على زيادة كفاءة أسواق الكهرباء وتجارة الكهرباء. وهكذا، يقدم مشروع التوصية هذا إطاراً لتقاسم الطاقة وتجارة الطاقة من أجل المراقبة والإدارة المتكاملة أخذاً بعين الاعتبار إنتاج الطاقة وتخزينها واستهلاكها. وبعد تحديد الخصائص الرئيسية والتكنولوجيات الأساسية للمنصة، يحدد مشروع التوصية المتطلبات مع مراعاة سلسلة قيمة الطاقة التي تضم مختلف أصحاب المصلحة. ثم، يوفر نظرة عامة معمارية لتحديد السطوح البينية والفدرات الوظيفية ذات الصلة. وأخيراً يتم وصف آليات تبادل معلومات الطاقة لدعم خدمات المراقبة والإدارة المتكاملة على منصة تقاسم الطاقة وتجارة الطاقة.
