توصف التوصية ITU-T P.1203.3 الوحدة النموذجية لتكامل الجودة الخاصة بالتوصية ITU-T P.1203. وتوصف سلسلة التوصيات ITU-T P.1203 الوحدات النمطية لمراقبة الجودة السمعية والفيديوية والمسموعة المرئية لخدمات الفيديو مثل بث الفيديو ذي معدل البتات التكيفي. وتمت الإشارة رسمياً إلى بند الأعمال ذي الصلة بقطاع تقييس الاتصالات بالمختصر P.NATS (التقييم غير الاقتحامي الوسيطي لجودة تدفق الوسائط المتعددة القائم على البروتوكول TCP). والتوصية ITU-T P.1203.3 جزء من التوصية ITU-T P.1203 يمكن تطبيقها لمراقبة الأداء وجودة التجربة (QoE) لخدمات الفيديو مثل بث الفيديو ذي معدل البتات التكيفي.
