الغرض من هذه التوصية تعريف إطار للخدمة الذكية للرد على الأسئلة. وتحدد هذه التوصية السمات والمتطلبات والجوانب الوظيفية لدعم الخدمة الذكية للرد على الأسئلة. والنظام الذكي للرد على الأسئلة (QA) وظيفة متقدمة لإعداد أجوبة على أسئلة المستعمل بلغة طبيعية. ويتوقع ظهور المزيد من الأنظمة في المستقبل المزودة بوظائف الرد على الأسئلة من أجل تجارب متقدمة للمستعمل. |
