المتطلبات الوظيفية لتلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت المتنقل

تصف التوصية ITU-T Y.1903 المتطلبات الوظيفية المفصلة لتلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت المتنقل الذي يعد أحد تطبيقات تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت (التوصية ITU-T Y.1901). وتنطبق هذه المتطلبات عند توصيل جهاز مطراف لتلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت بمورد خدمة تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت عبر شبكة متنقلة مزودة بتلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت لتوفير خدمات تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت بغض النظر عن التغييرات في الموقع أو البيئة التقنية. وتركز هذه التوصية على متطلبات جوانب التشغيل البيني لجهاز مطرافي لتلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت مع مورد خدمة تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت. ولا تتناول هذه التوصية المتطلبات الوظيفية المشتركة لخدمة من خدمات تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت، التي تتناولها التوصية ITU-T Y.1901، ولكنها تتناول المتطلبات الخاصة بخدمات تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت المتنقل فقط. لذا، تستعمل هذه المتطلبات الوظيفية لوضع المواصفات التفصيلية للمكونات الوظيفية لتلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت المعرفّة في التوصية ITU-T Y.1910 لدعم تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت المتنقل.
