تعرّف توصيات السلسلة ITU-T H.741.x منصة تأسيسية لقياس الجمهور (AM) لخدمات تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت. وتركز على السطح البيني بين الأجهزة المطرافية ووظيفة تجميع قياس الجمهور.
تشمل منصة قياس الجمهور أسلوباً للمستعملين النهائيين من أجل الإبلاغ عن المعلومات الشخصية وهي مصممة لتيسير إضافة خدمات في غير الوقت الفعلي والخدمات التفاعلية ونقاط قياس الأجهزة غير المطرافية. وعلى الرغم من أن سلسلة التوصيات ITU-T H.741.x تسمح بتنفيذ قياس الجمهور لخدمات تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت، من الممكن أيضاً تطبيق آليتها على خدمات خلاف خدمات تلفزيون بروتوكول الإنترنت.
