تصف التوصية ITU-T J.296 المواصفات لجهاز فك التشفير الكبلي (STB) الهجين المعد للاستخدام في شبكات التلفزيون الكبلي. وجهاز فك التشفير الكبلي الهجين هو جهاز رئيسي لاستقبال خدمات البث والخدمات القائمة على بروتوكول الإنترنت، لذلك يطلق عليه جهاز فك التشفير الكبلي الهجين. ومن خلال الجمع بين منصة كبلية وشبكة منزلية، يمكن لهذا الجهاز أن يقدم خدمات تفاعلية جديدة لعملاء الكبل فضلاً عن مشغلي الكبل. وتتضمن هذه التوصية إيضاحات لمعمارية جهاز فك التشفير الكبلي الهجين وعتاده وبرمجياته ومعالجة الوسائط فيه وتطبيقاته. |
