تحدد التوصية ITU-T P.564 المعايير الدنيا المطبقة على نماذج التقييم الموضوعي لنوعية الصوت التي تتنبأ بآثار الانحطاطات المرصودة على الشبكة IP التي يمكن أن تؤثر على نوعية الاستماع في اتجاه واحد من جانب المستخدم النهائي في تطبيقات المهاتفة ضيقة النطاق باستخدام البروتوكول IP/UDP/RTP (النطاق الضيق 3,1- kHz في المتن الرئيسي والنطاق الواسع 7 kHz في الملحق B). إن نماذج التطابق مع هذه التوصية تتنبأ بمتوسط علامة الرأي (MOS) على سلم تقييم نوعية الاستماع حسب متوسط علامات الرأي (ACR). ومن المتوقع أن تتمثل التطبيقات الرئيسية لهذه النماذج في رصد نوعية الإرسال لأغراض العمليات والصيانة والقياسات لدعم الاتفاقات على مستويات الخدمة (SLA) بين موردي الخدمات وعملائهم. يمكن أن تنشر نماذج التطابق في التوصية ITU-T P.564 على مواقع نقطة النهاية وفي نقاط الرصد في منتصف الشبكة. وتتضمن هذه التوصية مرفقاً إلكترونياً يحتوي على عناصر الاختبار. |
