Expected output

[The expected output of the work on Resolution 9 for the study period 2010-2014 will include:] a) a report on national technical and economic approaches to spectrum management and spectrum monitoring; b) [continuing] the development of the SF Database, incorporating national experiences, and provide additional guidelines and case studies, based on contributions from administrations. [This includes the];  [Updating of the Spectrum Fees Database for bands between 29.7 MHz-30 GHz, taking into account the new applications and the results of auctions or beauty contests; Drafting of guidelines to put in place NFAT, to establish spectrum fees in relation with new applications and the procedures implementing market mechanisms in spectrum management; Drafting of guidelines to carry out spectrum re-deployment operations;  [Preparing] case studies on the experiences of national administrations on application of market mechanisms in spectrum management and on spectrum fees calculation methods.] providing the necessary information on activities carried out by ITU-D Study Group 2, ITU-R Study Group 1 and relevant BDT programmes.
