This recommendation defines the general and functional management requirements that support the service management in cloud-aware telecommunication management System [see ITU-T M.3070] and provides functional framework for service management in cloud-aware telecommunication management system.

This project is developed jointly with Q7/2 and Q19/13 in the context of JRG-CCM.
The title was changed from "Requirements for Cloud Service Management" to "Requirements for Service Management in Cloud-aware Telecommunication Management System".
Liaison with JCA-Cloud was carried out until JCA-Cloud was concluded.
