Summary: In developing countries, considering the limitation on network resource and costs of centralization construction, it is of important needs to specify a standardized solution for low cost and built collaboratively by users, for the reason that the DLT has natural advantages of collaborative construction, multi-agent trust, intelligent execution and economy mechanism, which could organized the distributed or idle resource to fully utilize act as the network infrastructure and promote the development of network service and application in developing countries. This Supplement specifies the general considerations, use cases and expectations of DLT in networks in Developing Countries.
