Summary:
|
In order to provide better service to the users and save network CAPEX and OPEX, the most important task is to make the network status be aware to different network roles including network operator, network builder and network users and so on.
When intelligent network status awareness is used in cross-domain application scenarios, in order to guarantee input security and privacy, there is a need to use federated learning. The technology for intelligent awareness of network status can be applied to various network including telecommunications network.
Q7/13 initiated a work item to study mechanism for intelligent awareness of network status about three years ago, and the work item has been finished and been published as ITU-T Y.3184. This Recommendation focuses on procedures and methods for intelligent awareness of network status.
Then, it is beneficial and necessary to study functional architecture for intelligent awareness of network status based on federated learning.
