The intention of the proposed revision for short-distance FlexO interfaces of OTN is to re-use existing modules specified for the two IEEE802.3 interfaces and define application codes with associated parameter values aligned to the existing 400GBASE-FR4 and 400GBASE-LR4-6 interface specification.
