This draft Recommendation provides the requirements of the interface for on-site generic telecommunication smart maintenance (TSM). It describes the interface position for on-site TSM, and specifies the high level requirements for the interaction across the on-site TSM interface, and it also provides specification level use cases for each requirements for this interface.
The maintenance information and interactions provided in this draft Recommendation follows the [ITU-T M.3020] management interface specification methodology in the interface requirements phase in a protocol-neutral manner.
This draft Recommendation applies to the design, development, inter-connection and inter-operation of on-site generic telecommunication smart maintenance.
