Summary: Recommendation ITU-T Q.HP2P-fvsigreq specifies signalling requirements for feature-based video services. The feature-based video services share feature data rather than fully encoded video data, and the feature data is used for recreate at the remote end points connected to hybrid peer-to-peer overlay network. Since the hybrid peer-to-peer overlay network construct backbone tree for distribute live data asynchronously, it can be used for video streaming, virtual conference, metaverse, etc. This draft Recommendation provides a guidance for developing protocol specifications.
