Summary:

This Recommendation provides an overview of the functional architecture of network resource sharing based on DLT (NRS-DLT) and defines the NRS-DLT functional architecture and cross-cutting aspects by specifying the functional components for the support of NRS-DLT.
The NRS-DLT is a distributed network resource sharing system which support traditional network system interaction and provide DLT related capabilities among various network entities by utilizing DLT as a data carrier for resource status, for allocating computing, storage, and network resources of infrastructure layer and network layer to applications.
This draft Recommendation builds on Y.NRS-DLT-reqts, and the content of this draft recommendation is aligned with Y.NRS-DLT-reqts.
