Summary: The new proposed monitoring model will evaluate one-to-one videotelephony service quality in two parts. "factors about multimedia quality including audio, video and audiovisual quality. "factors aiming to assess the interaction experience. When doing these two parts, objective assessment methods can be used to estimate subjective opinion and the estimating process can be done by some new methodology using AI algorithms. This can be achieved by following steps: a)Establish a Terms of Reference (ToR) for a videotelephony model. b)Identify the key quality factors that affect QoE in videotelephony services and the quality indicators available by various videotelephony applications (including for instance OTT solutions potentially using encrypted data, or webRTC-based solutions with GetStats data collection). c)Review methodologies to assess QoE of videotelephony applications, and possibly extend these (e.g. P.920, P.13XY-recommendations). d)Review existing models and related parameters. e)Develop a monitoring model for assessment of one-to-one videotelephony quality
