Summary:

The number of connected devices is expected to reach some 50 billion by 2020 that is tenfold more that currently existing Internet hosts number. As in the near future we will face the "Internet of everything", the issue of data transmission and consequently the international roaming charges become a problem of paramount importance for billions of various devices in different sectors of economics. High roaming tariffs set barriers in many areas of the regional integration, and in near future such barriers would hamper growth in promising areas of digital economy.
