ITU-T D.price recognizes the right of each operator to provide service tariffs/rates in any convenient form. It is recommended that the telecommunications companies engaged in the provision of international connections/traffic exchange as possible to use the same data formats/templates for describing the traffic directions and proposed tariffs/rates, including, where appropriate, the additional fine data or quality of service criteria.
