Рекомендация МСЭ-T L.1410 касается оценки экологического воздействия товаров, сетей и услуг информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ). Она состоит из двух частей: Часть I (пункт 5) – Оценка жизненного цикла ИКТ: принципы и руководство. Часть II (пункт 6) – Сравнительный анализ ИКТ и системы эталонного продукта (базовый сценарий): принципы и руководство. Часть I посвящена методике оценки жизненного цикла (ОЖЦ), применимой к товарам, сетям и услугам ИКТ (ТСУ ИКТ). Часть II посвящена сравнительному анализу системы продукта ТСУ ИКТ и системы эталонного продукта на основе результатов ОЦЖ. В данной Рекомендации приводится конкретное руководство, касающееся воздействия энергопотребления и выбросов парниковых газов. |
