Системы электросвязи уязвимы к увеличению потенциала поверхности земли (EPR), которое возникает в системах электропитания; наряду с этим они уязвимы к передаче EPR за пределы зоны влияния (ZOI), и это также следует учитывать. Быстрая оценка увеличения потенциала поверхности земли осуществляется путем умножения (Ie × Re) тока Ie, протекающего по заземляющему электроду, и сопротивления Re этого заземляющего электрода относительно земли. В настоящей Рекомендации приведены методы различной сложности для измерения сопротивления относительно земли заземляющих электродов или даже сложных систем заземления. Описанные методы обеспечивают простые и более сложные измерения с помощью компьютеризированного мультиметра заземления. Приведено руководство по применению каждого из различных методов для разных целей. Кроме того, представлены методы устранения напряжения помех и возмущающего напряжения для измерений заземления. На практике может возникнуть необходимость определения или, по крайней мере, оценки еще на этапе проектирования полного сопротивления относительно земли установки системы электропитания. Для этих целей приведены также методы расчета сопротивления/полного сопротивления относительно земли изолированных, а также взаимосоединенных систем заземления. |
