I was pleased to be able to participate in the Government Mobile Forum at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last week, as well as at the first meeting of the Broadband Commission Working Group on Climate Change.
Last week was also an excellent opportunity to catch up with key industry players, including a number of our Broadband Commissioners, and to engage in numerous multilateral and bilateral meetings, as well as being able to meet the media, and to remind the whole mobile sector about the need to develop national broadband plans, use spectrum efficiently and effectively, and to develop the right applications and services for the future.
