ITU Telecom World 2009 was very different from previous Telecoms - and I am proud to say that it was very successful. The new format focussing on dialogue in the Forum sessions was well received. The Heads of State programme and the Ministerial segment were greatly appreciated. And our membership has encouraged us to continue along these lines.
