Note 1: No interim meetings are planned for Q20/16.
Note 2: The Q26/16 meetings mentioned may be physical or electronic or a combination of the two. Q26/16 plans to use appropriate technology to progress the work more effectively and allow easier participation of members especially those with disabilities. The details of electronic meetings (including topics for discussion, documentation, duration, web collaboration, dial-in information and communications support) will be circulated in advance on the Q26/16 email reflector. The results of the meetings will appear in an interim activity report at the next Study Group 16 meeting.

Note 4: Question 13/16 will electronic meetings to more effectively progress the work on Audience Measurement for IPTV and allow easier participation of the ITU-wide membership. Announcements concerning these e-meetings will be made on the reflectors used by the Question, itu-sg16@lists.packetizer.com and sg9and16-iptv@lists.itu.int.
