Question
Economic effects of alternative calling procedures, including call-back, refilling, hubbing, and the misappropriation and misuse of facilities and services (e.g., spoofing), including the emerging issues of CPND, CLI and OI.

Tasks
Evaluation of the economic impact of alternative calling procedures on developing countries, and on various stakeholders (government, industry and consumers)
Developing a definition of different types of alternative calling procedures, e.g., hubbing.
