Xingguang WEI received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China, in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He has been working in ZTE Corporation as a pre-search engineer since graduation. His research interests include URLLC, non-orthogonal multiple access and software defined radio.
