Balakrishnan Nalin Prashanth completed his BSc (Hons) in Information Technology degree at the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Gapstars and Openprovider.is He an enthusiastic person who always seeks to learn and try new technologies that would benefit the world. When it comes to learning a new technology, he believes in acquiring sufficient theoretical knowledge first and then getting a deeper understanding of the same through practical implementations. His main research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing. Prashanth likes to spend his leisure time in different ways including spending time with family, going for walks, playing or watching cricket, tweeting on social media and reading. He always strives to improve himself to get to higher levels and become a knowledge creator. In this regards, he has already written several articles about GoLang in medium, which he got the exposed to while working for Openprovider.
