You Wang is working as a research associate in Nonlinear Dynamics of Laser Manufacturing Processes Instruction and Research Department in RWTH Aachen Univeristy, together with Fraunhofer Institute for laser technology. He is also working in the research domain "Virtual production Intellegence" in the Cluster of Excellence "Intergrative Production Technology in High Wage Countries". Moreover, as a PhD candidate in RWTH Aachen University, his interest of research is about the development of sparse data metamodelling and model reduction technology, exploration of robust regime in laser manufacturing processes and the implementation of the fast and frugal industrial decision making digital tools (it is called customer simulation tools CST).
