Soumaya Benbartaoui studied computer science at University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene where she graduated as engineer.
Soumaya joined Regulatory Authority of Post and Telecommunication in 2009 where she at present works as head of department on Electronic Certification Management, she had the possibility to attend several international meeting and currently works with ARAGNET for the Arab Cloud Project.
Soumaya had the opportunity to be selected as Techwomen Program (initiative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs) where she worked with high tech company at silicon Valley and served as intern at Juniper Networks.
