Caroline Murianki has 11 years experience in the ICT industry, 7 of which are in protection of consumers in the industry. She is charged with the development of consumer protection initiatives that include incorporation of consumer protection mechanisms in regulatory instruments and legislation, undertaking of consumer behaviour and trends survey’s, resolution of consumer complaints and consumer education and outreach initiatives.
Caroline Murianki is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi (UoN), a holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and is currently pursuing a Master of Communications Management at the Buckinghamshire New University (BNU).
