E. Gabelloni is Electronic Engineer and has a degree of professor. Currently he serves as an adviser at Secretary of Telecommunication of Argentina.
He has been acting as Argentine Delegate or Telefonica representative at International Organization such Inmarsat, Mercosur, OAS, ITU, AHCIET and MEBF where performed activities as Chairman and rapporteur on different issues. As a private consultant he worked for BID, ITU, Siemens and Bs As City Government.
He has post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School, Facultad de Ingeniería Bs As and Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Since 1969, he had been involved in different rolls in telecommunication industry such as maintenance, teaching, national engineers associations (NGOs), network, services and regulations projects.
