Andrés Sastre works in AHCIET as assesor in regulation and coordinates the academic aspects of the Ibero-American meeting of Smart cities, conducted by AHCIET. Andrés is graduated in law in the Complutense University of Madrid an also has a Master on Latinamerican Economy from the University of Salamanca.
