The World Telecommunication Development Conference 2014 (WTDC 2014) Regional Preparatory Meeting for Europe (RPM EUR) took place from 26 to 28 November 2013 in Belgrade, Serbia. RPM EUR was preceded by the Regional Development Forum (RDF) for EUR countries on 25 November. Both events were hosted by the Government of Serbia.
