Recommendation ITU-T G.9959 specifies the PHY, MAC, SAR and LLC layers for short range narrow band digital radiocommunication transceivers. This Recommendation contains the non-radio (frequency) related aspects of the radiocommunication transceiver. Sub 1 GHz transceivers claiming compliance with this specification shall also comply with Annex A of this Recommendation.
