数据中心和电信中心基础设施的能效评估

ITU-T L.1302建议书提出数据中心和电信中心的能效评估方法、测试设备准确性要求、评估周期、评估条件和计算方法。由于数据中心/电信中心的主要耗能基础设施是馈电系统（供电系统）和冷却系统，因此，本建议书涵盖这两种系统的能效测量方法。
将充分利用目前正在使用或开发中的网络及数据中心/电信中心的相关方法和最佳做法。
本建议书旨在通过提供能效评估方法减少数据中心和电信中心带来的负面影响。人们普遍认为，数据中心和电信中心对未来环境的影响日益加大，因此采取本建议书确定的最佳方法有助于所有者或管理者今后建设或改造数据中心/电信中心，使其运行更加环保。
