Compatibilidad electromagnética, resistibilidad y requisitos y orientaciones de seguridad para determinar responsabilidades en las instalaciones de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación coubicadas |
Con la liberalización de las telecomunicaciones y la convergencia de la tecnología de la información (TI) y los equipos de comunicación, varios operadores ofrecen numerosos servicios por el mismo cable y en el mismo lugar. En el mismo centro de telecomunicaciones se instalan equipos pertenecientes a distintos operadores y, en muchos casos, las instalaciones de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) están interconectadas entre sí. Por lo tanto, pueden plantearse problemas relativos a la compatibilidad electromagnética, la inmunidad y la seguridad. La Recomendación UIT-T K.58 describe los pasos necesarios para garantizar un funcionamiento seguro y sin problemas de las instalaciones TIC coubicadas, desde el punto de vista de la compatibilidad electromagnética, la inmunidad y la seguridad. Por otra parte, en esta Recomendación se dan orientaciones para determinar la responsabilidad en caso de problemas de compatibilidad electromagnética en instalaciones TIC coubicadas. |
