• Expressions of interest should be sent to HIPSSA Project Team with (i) a duely completed Personal History Form (PHF) and (ii) a short written proposal describing the work required by the mission.

• Download the Personal History Form (PHF) from the Instructions for applicants webpage on ITU website.

• Experts shall update their profile in the ITU-D Experts Roster by uploading the following up to date documents: Latest PHF, Basic and Advanced Security Certificates, Bank Information, Passport Number with issuance and expiry date.
