WSIS Prizes Champions' Ceremony

The WSIS Prizes 2026 Champions Ceremony celebrates the 72 WSIS Champions recognized for their outstanding ICT projects that leverage the power of digital technologies to advance sustainable development. Representing all 18 WSIS Action Line categories, these projects were selected through a rigorous evaluation process and global online voting from a record 1,595 submissions received from 122 countries.
The ceremony offers the global WSIS community an opportunity to recognize these exemplary initiatives, highlight innovative digital solutions, and promote the exchange of good practices that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Senior ITU management will present certificates to the WSIS Champions, celebrating their achievements and inspiring further innovation and collaboration across the WSIS stakeholder community.
